Your representative will take 3 to 5 days to process your request and submit your product requirements to our vast manufacturer and wholesaler network.

AND

Once the search is complete, your representative will send you the results by e-mail or fax and call you to go over the details. He or she will be happy to answer all of your questions about your product, its cost and the procurement process.

STEP 2: OBTAIN A SAMPLE

With purchase contract: We will provide you with a free pre-production sample to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the product you are ordering.

Without purchase contract: You may obtain a product sample without any obligation on your part. When you place an order for the product, the cost of the sample will be credited to your account.

STEP 3: ORDER

Once you place your order, we take care of the rest:

• Order verification
• Preparation and delivery of pre-production sample
• Production and quality assurance with the manufacturer
• Shipping via our carriers to the destination of your choice
• Clearing goods through customs by our customs broker.
